Total Fluid Management is a structured process aimed at managing lubrication by addressing all its key elements, including procurement, storage and handling, dispensing, condition monitoring, waste handling, and safe disposal. It also encompasses the actions required to maintain, manage, and continuously improve the lubrication process and all its associated components.
We have successfully completed a project for Anglo American involving the design, supply, fabrication, and delivery of air- and electrically operated modular lubricating oil pump and filter units. These units are used for decanting, transfer, filling, and top-up of lubricants from drums or tanks to storage tanks or equipment components as part of the Total Fluid Management (TFM) system at the Mogalakwena North Concentrator.
Setsere Holdings is currently implementing a Total Fluid Management (TFM) programme to optimise lubrication practices across Mining operation.
